Coach Pata will talk you through what to expect when your teen first starts weight training and have plenty of time to answer your questions. Topics include: Is it safe for my teen to lift weights? Should they even be lifting in the first place? Will they get too bulky or slow? And more.

In this 35-40 minute long program, about half the time will be on an informative presentation and the other half to answer your questions. Topics will include: Is it safe for my teen to lift weights? Should they even be lifting in the first place? Will they get too bulky or slow if they do? How will this help with my teen's sport(s)? What should my teen expect from a lifting program?
